Subject: Litter, footwear

Hello All,

 

Since October there has been a steady increase in the amount of litter being left on the astro and in the car park. I would therefore appreciate it if you could be vigilant and let me know if you see anyone littering. I would also appreciate it if you could remind your players to take their drinks bottles away with them and that fizzy / energy drinks and chewing gum are not allowed on the astro.

We, for our part, will endeavour to get the astro litter picked before lettings commence each night.

We have also seen an increase in the number of players wearing blades. I must remind you all that it is the clubs responsibility to ensure that their players abide by the rules of the facility.

I am sending this email to all users but I am fully aware that most of our customers operate within the rules and are much valued members of our sporting community.
